These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of instapcb.com and the services provided by InstaPCB (“InstaPCB”, “we”, “us”). By uploading files, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

InstaPCB is a PCB fabrication reseller for customers in India. You upload your Gerber/design files, choose your board specifications, and receive an instant all-inclusive price in Indian Rupees (INR). Paid orders are consolidated and fabricated by our overseas manufacturing partner, then shipped to India, cleared through customs, and delivered to you by a domestic courier.

2. Accounts

Placing an order automatically creates a passwordless account tied to your email so you can track orders and raise support tickets. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

3. Quotes & pricing

Prices are shown in INR and are all-inclusive — they cover fabrication, international freight, customs/duties, handling, and applicable GST.
Quotes are generated in real time based on your specifications and our manufacturing partner’s live pricing, and may change if you change your specifications or if underlying costs (e.g. currency rates, freight, or duties) change before you pay.
Minimum order values and small-order minimums may apply.
A quote is an estimate until an order is placed and paid for; we reserve the right to correct manifest pricing errors.

4. Orders & payment

Payment is collected at checkout through our payment partner, Razorpay. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully captured.
Paid orders are added to an open batch. On a periodic cutoff (typically every 2–3 days), we place the batch with our manufacturing partner as a single combined order. Once an order has been placed with the manufacturer, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
You are responsible for reviewing your specifications before payment.

5. Your design & responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the correctness and manufacturability of your design files, including layers, dimensions, drill data, and design-for-manufacture (DFM) considerations. Automatic analysis and previews are provided as a convenience and are not a guarantee of manufacturability. You represent that you have the right to manufacture the designs you upload and that they do not infringe any third-party rights or any applicable law.

6. Shipping & delivery

Estimated dispatch and delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Because orders are batch-consolidated and shipped internationally, delivery is subject to manufacturing lead times, freight schedules, and customs clearance, which may cause delays outside our control. Title and risk pass to you on delivery.

7. Cancellations & refunds

You may cancel an order for a full refund before it is placed with the manufacturer.
If your files fail the manufacturer’s review and the order cannot be produced, we will refund the amount paid for that order.
Once an order has entered production it generally cannot be cancelled or refunded, except where required by law.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay and may take several business days to appear.

8. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to your design files. By uploading them, you grant us a limited licence to process, transmit, and manufacture them (including via our fabrication partner) solely to fulfil your order. The InstaPCB name, branding, and website content remain our property.

9. Prohibited uses

You may not use InstaPCB to design, order, or manufacture anything unlawful, including boards intended for weapons, devices that violate export controls or sanctions, or designs that infringe others’ intellectual property. We may refuse or cancel any order that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or the law.

10. Warranties & limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstaPCB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify InstaPCB against claims arising from your design files or your breach of these Terms, including third-party intellectual-property or regulatory claims.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
